Cross-functional alignment & global portfolio scaling

Co-led a strategic initiative across 50 internal stakeholders to unify go-to-market execution for a complex, global engineering portfolio. Combining localised international recruitment campaigns with agile operational frameworks and bespoke budget-tracking tools, the project expanded global market reach while bridging technical and commercial priorities.

The Challenge: An international research institution needed to scale global demand across a complex, highly technical engineering product portfolio while unifying institutional marketing strategy across competing internal groups.

The Solution: Co-led a pan-institutional strategic initiative involving over 50 cross-functional stakeholders to unify the institutional go-to-market approach. Developed and rolled out localised international recruitment campaigns to boost global reach across targeted buyer segments. To support delivery, embedded agile tools (ClickUp, Miro) and built a bespoke platform for real-time marketing budget tracking.

The Commercial Impact: Successfully drove international portfolio growth, bridged the gap between technical academic teams and commercial business targets, and established repeatable, agile operational processes across the marketing organisation.
